This form gives you the key contract and service information clearly before you pay. At checkout you are asked to declare separately that you have read the form and confirm the agreement.

1. Seller / Provider
Name: Planicas LLC · Address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA · Email: contact@varnevo.com · Brand: VARNEVO. The seller is not established in Türkiye; the contract is concluded electronically.
2. Buyer
The name, surname, email and billing address shown at checkout and in your account. A buyer may be a natural person acting outside a trade or profession (consumer); for those purchasing as a business, the business provisions of the Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy apply.
3. Subject and Main Characteristics of the Service
The VARNEVO subscription is a time-limited right of access to cloud-based software for asset/maintenance/document/expense management, notifications and reporting; there is no physical delivery. The scope and usage limits of the plan you choose are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.
The service is provided electronically once access to your account is set up (normally within minutes after payment is confirmed).
4. Price, Payment and Duration
| Plan | Monthly price (TRY) | Monthly price (USD) | Monthly price (EUR) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premium | 249,99 TL | $9.99 | €9.99 |
| Business | 999,99 TL | $39.99 | €39.99 |
Prices include applicable taxes (VAT) or show them separately at checkout; the total is displayed clearly before you confirm payment. Prices of add-ons such as extra seats and storage are shown at the order step.
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is by credit/debit card via Stripe. If a free trial is offered, the selected plan's price is charged automatically when the trial ends, with the date and amount shown at checkout.
Your payment obligation arises when you confirm the order. Prices and characteristics in this form apply on the order date; price changes for existing subscribers are notified 30 days before taking effect.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason and without penalty. You can do so with the "Withdraw from contract" button under Billing in your account or by writing to contact@varnevo.com; we confirm the date and time of your notice by email.
If you expressly ask for the service to start before the withdrawal period ends (separate confirmation at checkout), on withdrawal you pay for the period from the start of the service until your withdrawal notice (the daily share of the monthly price); the remainder is refunded within 14 days of your notice reaching us, using the same payment method.
Example: on a plan with a 30-unit monthly price, if you withdraw on day 4 about 4/30 is deducted and the remainder refunded. If you withdraw during a free trial you pay nothing.
Statutory exceptions that end the right of withdrawal after full performance with the consumer's express consent are reserved; because a monthly subscription is a continuing service, this exception is not applied by default.
6. Contract Terms
Parties: the Seller and Buyer above. Use, liability, termination and dispute provisions are in the Terms of Service; personal data in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice; cancellation/withdrawal/refund in the Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy; together with this document they form a single contract.
At checkout the Buyer declares by separate checkboxes that they read this form and the agreement, confirmed it electronically and whether they request the service to start. A copy of the agreement and confirmations is emailed and stored on a durable medium; acceptance records are kept for 10 years.
7. Complaints and Redress
For consumer complaints first write to contact@varnevo.com. In Türkiye you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee of your place of residence or where the transaction took place (within monetary limits) and to Consumer Courts; consumers in the EU/EEA may apply to consumer-protection bodies and courts in their country of residence.
