KVKK Notice

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Planicas LLC (1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA). Contact: contact@varnevo.com. For third-party data that customer companies enter into their workspace, Planicas LLC acts only as data processor.

2. Personal Data Processed and Purposes

Identity and contact (name, surname, email), customer transaction (plan, payment/invoice data, usage and request records), transaction security (IP, device information, logs), asset/document/invoice data you upload, marketing (only with consent) and cookie/analytics (only with consent).

Purposes: establishing and performing the membership and contract, providing the service, payment and invoicing, notifications and reminders, ensuring information security and preventing fraud, meeting legal obligations, establishing/defending claims, and — with your consent — product analytics and marketing.

3. Legal Grounds (KVKK Art. 5)

• Processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
• Fulfilment of a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) — e.g. invoice retention
• Establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e)
• Legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f) — security, fraud prevention, error monitoring
• Explicit consent (Art. 5/1) — analytics and marketing; declining does not affect the service

4. Transfers and Transfers Abroad

Your personal data is transferred to the providers in the Sub-processors List to deliver the service, and to authorised public bodies where legally required.

Because our infrastructure is outside Türkiye, notably in India and the USA, your data is transferred abroad. Under KVKK Art. 9, the transfer relies on the explicit consent we obtain at sign-up (and in the app for existing users) and on the data processing agreements offered by the sub-processors. You may withdraw this consent via contact@varnevo.com; as the service requires processing abroad, your account may then need to be closed.

5. Method of Collection

Your data is collected electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means, through the sign-up form, your use of the service, your browser/device (cookies, logs) and the payment provider.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• To request rectification if incomplete or inaccurate
• To request erasure or destruction under Art. 7 and notification of such actions to third parties
• To object to a result against you arising from automated analysis of processed data
• To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

Send requests in writing to contact@varnevo.com. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at most depending on their nature; if the action requires a cost, the fee in the Board's tariff may be charged. If your request is rejected, the answer is insufficient or no answer is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the answer and in any case within 60 days of the request.
